Krystle Melita
Founder and CEO
Krystle Melita, Founder and CEO of Isaiah’s House of Hope, Inc., is a dedicated mother, mentor, and visionary leader with a passion for helping youth thrive. A mother of two, (Isaiah and Kiyah) Krystle founded the organization in 2020, inspired by her personal journey and deep-rooted belief in the power of community.
Becoming a young mother at age 20, Krystle was able to pursue higher education and earned her Master’s Degree in 2007, all due to her determination and support of her “village.” Having that village taught her firsthand the value of mentorship, opportunity, and having someone believe in your potential. She created RISE (Reaching Inside to Spark Excellence) to offer youth the kind of resources and education that she knows can change lives.
With a background in education, community service, and public administration, Krystle brings both professional expertise and personal experience to every program she builds. Her heart for service, combined with her passion for goal-setting, creative expression and financial literacy, while having a gift for helping others identify their own passions, fuels the mission behind RISE.
Through Isaiah’s House of Hope, she’s creating a space where youth feel seen, supported, and inspired to dream bigger and where excellence is sparked from the inside out.
